Lion was founded in 2013 with a simple purpose, to professionalise the Lettings market for the benefit of both landlords and tenants.
We at Lion believe, for far too long, Estate Agents have run the London letting market as a side to their main business of selling houses. The sales culture in an estate agent means that once a tenant is in the property there is little focus on the long term property management and tenant relationship that is so important to a successful let. This management is too often left to inexperienced and unqualified staff with little ability or motivation to provide the service the Landlord was promised.
This is why Lion was built as a new type of business - a specialised rental company whose staff are dedicated, experienced and qualified in, letting and property management.
This approach is working! Lion has rapidly grown with our largest source of new landlords being recommendations from existing landlords. We have expanded to now cover South-West, South-East and East London.
