As soon as you instruct Lion your property will be shown to our select list of corporate tenants, relocation agents and our in house database of vetted professionals. Every tenant we source goes through an in depth, independent, referencing procedure. This not only verifies their financial position but also checks their rental history to ensure that they are reliable, suitable tenants. Where necessary, we will insist on a guarantor to provide further security.

WE KNOW HOW TO MANAGE PROPERTY

Did you know that ARLA* registered agents only have to employ one qualified member of staff per office? We do not believe that this is enough. At Portmoor we will only hire staff members who are both experienced in the industry and hold an RICS† accredited degree or other degree level property qualification.
